Watch Machida break out some karate at Bellator Hawaii open workouts

Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida is making his Bellator debut at their Bellator 215 event on Saturday night. He will try and dethrone middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho which is no easy task for anyone, even Lyoto. Before you watch them battle watch Machida bust out some old school karate at the open workouts.

Bellator 213 Hawaii Countdown episode 1 features Lyoto Machida

Bellator 213 may not have former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida in the main event but all eyes will be on The Dragon when he faces Rafael Carvalho. Machida was on a two fight win streak in the UFC capped off by a brilliant knockout of Vitor Belfort so he’s entering the organization on a true high. Bisping on feeling satisfied with ‘old man’ Belfort vs Machida result

Michael Bisping has permanent eye damage from his knockout loss to TRT taking Vitor Belfort. The difference between TRT Vitor and non-TRT Vitor is remarkable when you look at the difference in his body shape.
