Stipe has gone on record saying he feels disrespected because the focus is on Ngannou and some have seen Miocic’s downfall as a given. Regardless, the two face off on January 20th. Check it out.

The smaller woman had to be in fear of being smooshed and eaten and the larger woman looked as disinterested in engaging as she could have possibly been. This is it folks. Jean Claude Van Damme visited where former bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt was training and “demonstrated” some maneuvers. Cody stood there while JCVD kicked and punched until his face got Van Damaged by a foot. Cody was incensed and it was reported that JCVD did this weird kneeling, praying thing calling him “my champion”. Urijah Faber says JCVD was devastated by his mistake and was only spared a beatdown because of his age. Check out what he told TMZ.
The “Dream Match” between Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho took place yesterday, January 4th and after all of the hype did it live up to it? New Japan World streamed the event for its subscribers and the initial feedback was positive. The one potentially negative aspect that emerged was Jericho’s dedication of the match to Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero. Some fans were incensed that he would dedicate the match to Benoit who murdered his wife and child before killing himself. Jericho was one of Benoit’s closest friend and he told fans to essentially get over it in a video he released later. That aside, what did you think about this match?
Watch Joe Rogan react to the Twitter beef between Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov. Tony Ferguson has been unhappy with Rogan for barely including him in lightweight title picture discussions. Tony is the interim champ while McGregor’s return is still uncertain and he feels he is disrespected when the focus is on Khabib and Conor and not him. Still, Rogan and the rest of the world is all eyes on Khabib.
Rory MacDonald is facing Douglas Lima at Bellator 192. The event takes place January 20th from the Forum in Inglewood, CA. This will be Rory’s biggest fight since leaving the UFC and a chance to capture gold in a major organization. Here’s Bellator’s sitdown with the contender in advance of that.
