Greg Hardy was a promising NFL prospect until domestic abuse charges surfaced and he was found guilty. He was sentenced to 18 months probation and suspended from the NFL for 10 games. All charges were dropped when the accuser failed to appear in court to testify. Still, the damage was done and Hardy’s NFL career was spiraling. Dana White gave Greg a chance to prove himself on the Contender series and he didn’t disappoint with a :42 KO win. He received a contract offer and is no officially a UFC fighter.
