Heavy hitters and veterans of the sport join us tonight to talk about two very different points in their careers. We also have much to talk about following UFC 158 as well as two big events taking place this week. RFA returns as they visit Colorado and World Series of Fighting lands in Atlantic city for their sophomore event.
To start the show we welcome Doug “The Rhino” Marshall. Doug is on a roll and has earned his way into the finals of the Bellator Season 8 Middleweight tournament. The former WEC light heavyweight champ has a deep well of experience and is one fight away from an opportunity at another world title.
Refreshing to see Bellator giving UFC, Strikeforce and WEC veteran Tony Fryklund a shot. Fryklund is a guy known for fighting the best and win or lose was always in the fight. He makes his first appearance since retirement at Bellator MMA in Florida later this month. We will catch up with “Da Freak” and see what has inspired this return and what he’s been into.
Also joining us tonight will be Pandemonium Fights promoter Craig Zimmerman who will be coming on to discuss Pandemonium VIII being held March 23rd at Fairplex So Cal in Pomona, Calif., and streaming live on ProMMAnow.com for those outside the Southern California area.
The hype came and went as UFC 158 went down last night. We will recap the news and look ahead to what is in store for some of the winners and losers. We will also touch on RFA 7 and WSOF 2, both take place this week.
