Fighter weigh-ins for “MFC 37: True Grit” took place today in preparation for Friday’s fight card at the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The event, which will broadcast LIVE on AXStv, with prelims streaming on Facebook, features Ryan Benoit (6-1) vs. Anthony Birchak (9-1) in the main event. The two bantamweights made weight without issue with Benoit coming in at 135.2 pounds and Birchak weighing in at 135.8 pounds.
It is fight week for our Canadian friends at the Maximum Fighting Championship. MFC 37 “True Grit” goes down this Friday night and airs live to over 45 million homes on AXS TV.
