Woodley is torn picking winner in UFC 229 main event

Welterweight champion Tyron Woodley’s name has come out of Conor McGregor’s mouth before. Talks of a potential fight picked up when Tyron became welterweight champion and caught fire when Conor owned both the lightweight and featherweight belt after beating former lightweight champ Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205. Winning a title in a third weight class definitely appeals to the Irishman and the money it would draw surely makes Woodley smile. Junior Assuncao to meet Daniel Swain in XFC 27 main event live on AXS TV

The contracts are signed and the Featherweight Main Event is set for XFC 27 in Muskegon, MI Live on AXS TV Friday Dec. 13th. Former XFC Lightweight World Champion Junior Assuncao (14-5) returns to the cage ready to face off against newly signed 22 year old Daniel Swain (10-2). The two will collide in the headlining fight, just after the Featherweight Co-Main event which will decide the new champion in the division. As if any more incentive is needed, a new title holder being crowned just 1 fight prior their time to shine is sure to give the two fighters an even bigger reason to get the win that night.
