This time it was during a Carpool Karaoke episode with James Corden (via DListed).

This has to be a running gag and Justin is actually pals with the Scientology Freedom Medal of Valor winner with the crazy laugh because Biebs called out said Oprah couch jumper initially with a tame by comparison…
