Bryan Caraway
We haven’t seen Bryan Caraway inside the Octagon since April. He was a coach alongside his girlfriend Miesha Tate on The Ultimate Fighter 18 and then helped her get prepared for her rematch with Ronda Rousey. Now Caraway will resume trying to climb the bantamweight ladder when he meets Lucas Martins at UFC 170 in Vegas.

It was a rough start to a UFC career for Lucas Martins. He took a fight with Edson Barboza on short notice and was finished in the first round. He rebounded with a fight of the night performance and victory over Jeremy Larsen. A drop to bantamweight was next as he submitted Junior Hernandez. This will be Martins’ first fight in the US.

Caraway has won four out of five fights and has netted both a submission and fight of the night bonus in two of his last three.  Caraway submitted Johnny Bedford with a slick guillotine in his last fight which took place at UFC 159.

The UFC returns to the Mandalay Bay Events Center on Las Vegas on February 22nd when Ronda Rousey defends her bantamweight title against Sara McMann. Daniel Cormier makes his light heavyweight debut against Rashad Evans.
