The UFC has announced their full lineup for the December 27th event, dubbed “The Ultimate 2008.” This card is stacked from top to bottom, with two titles on the line and many other explosive matchups.

Rampage Jackson faces Wanderlei Silva in what promises to be an MMA fan’s dream fight. As many may remember, Silva won the first two times these gladiators faced off; both times in the Pride Fighting Championships and both times in impressive knockout fashion.

Wanderlei would like to put together a win streak and build upon his last victory, while Rampage looks to avenge his two previous losses to Silva, and hopefully get back in line for a shot at the UFC LHW Title. As most know, there is genuinely bad blood between these two so look for sparks to fly.

The unbeaten TUF season 2 winner, Rashad Evans attempts to take the Light Heavyweight Championship from TUF season one winner, Forrest Griffin. Rashad is on fire after his second round knockout of Chuck Liddell at UFC 88. Forrest Griffin is on a three fight win streak, including the decision victory over Rampage Jackson where he won the Light Heavyweight Title at UFC 86.

The co-main event pits the coaches from The Ultimate Fighter 8 against each other for the Interim Heavyweight Championship. The former heavyweight champ, Frank Mir, faces the Interim Champ, Antonio Rodrigo Minitoro Nogueira. Both men are well versed in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and both have proven to have solid chins. Look for whoever makes the first mistake to fall victim to the other. The winner of this fight gets to fight for the UFC Heavyweight Championship, against Brock Lesnar.
