Has Testosterone Replacement Therapy been the miracle cure that it is advertised to be? I thought I was almost ready for a UFC debut but then the news of many sanctioning bodies now refusing to give exemptions has crushed those dreams.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) today voted unanimously to ban therapeutic use exemptions for testosterone replacement therapy. That means guys like Vitor Belfort, Chael Sonnen, Dan Henderson and others who have previously received exemptions in the state will no longer be permitted to use the hormone treatment.
