It was a full night of action that had its highs and lows from Kansas City as Invicta FC returned for their seventh event. Before the event even started there was some turmoil. Claudia Gadelha was rushed to the hospital after weigh-ins with a bacterial infection. She was forced to withdraw from her title fight with Carla Esparaza.
It started off a little rough at Invicta FC weigh-ins this afternoon. The first two fighters both missed weight as Munah Holland came in at 128.0 and Nina Ansaroff was a 0.75 over the 126 pound mandate for the flyweight fight. After that it was smooth sailing as the remainder of the women hit their mark in preparation for tomorrow night’s Invicta FC 7.
