Following his submission victory of Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos Saturday night, welterweight champion Nick Diaz talked about a potential fight with Strikeforce 170-pounder Paul Daley.
Following his win over Cyborg Santos, Nick Diaz was inevitably asked about a possible fight with Jason “Mayhem” Miller. Diaz says he would move up to 185 for the fight, but he wants it to be monetarily worth his while.
Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker insists that Josh Barnett’s issues with the athletic commission will not keep him out of the promotion’s upcoming heavyweight tournament. Coker names a number of states that will allow him to fight.
