“Rowdy” Roddy Piper, pro wrestling legend’s cause of death is listed as “CARDIOPULMINARY ARREST” due to “HYPERTENSION”. It was a blood clot that triggered the heart attack and robbed the wrestling world of Piper’s sharp wit, showmanship, and the ability to entertain fans of any age. He was 61 years old.
It’s amazing how long he’s been relevant. The certificate listed his job as “PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER … 45 YEARS.”
