On tonight’s show Pro MMA Now Radio welcomes Bellator season six middleweight tournament semifinalist Brian “The Predator” Rogers and the specialist he brought in to help him train for his upcoming semifinal bout, Olympic judoka Dr. Rhadi Ferguson.
We will talk with “The Predator” about his first round flying knee knockout win over Vitor Vianna at Bellator 61 in the tournament quarterfinals last month and his upcoming bout with Bruno Santos, which if he wins, will advance him to the finals where he will battle for the $100,000 grand prize and a shot at Bellator’s middleweight title, currently held by Hector Lombard.
We will also talk with Dr. Ferguson about working with Rogers, what type of training regimen he is assisting him with and what he feels Rogers’ chances are of becoming the next Bellator middleweight champion.
Dr. Ferguson has trained with Lombard in the past and will be able to provide a unique inside perspective on a potential match-up between Lombard and Rogers. We will also discuss with Dr. Ferguson his own MMA future and if we might see him back in the cage anytime soon.
