UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter this week to help promote his UFC 121 title defense against Cain Velasquez which takes place Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.

Lesnar talked about what he learned and took away from his very tough fight against Shane Carwin at UFC 116 back in July. The champ also revealed which parts of Velasquez’s game he feels will present the biggest challenge as well as what qualities he possesses that will pose the biggest threat to Velasquez.

Also, Lesnar discusses the changes he has made as a fighter since becoming the UFC heavyweight champion and the changes in diet and weight he has gone through since being diagnosed with diverticulitis late 2009. The champ expects to weigh a natural 265-270 lbs. at fight time.
