February’s UFC 170 card gets two new fights as the event takes shape for the Las Vegas return. Flyweights Josh Sampo and Zach Makovsky as well as lightweights Erik Koch and Rafaello Oliveira will now square of at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on February 22nd.
Nate Hoffmeister lives in Knoxville, Tenn. but the effects of his work are seen all over the country. He is the head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the powerhouse school Christian Academy of Knoxville – which seem to be piling state and national titles on top of each other so quick it would make your head spin.
He is also the Strength & Conditioning Coach for UFC fighters Ovince Saint Preux and Rafaello Oliveira. He is a mastermind when it comes to Strength & Conditioning and he is a behind-the-scenes staple for many, many athletes at the highest level (UFC, NFL, NBA, etc.).
UFC on FOX 5 has a new bout as Marcus LeVesseur faces Michael Chiesa in a lightweight match-up. LeVesseur replaces Rafaello Oliveira who was forced to withdraw due to a broken hand.
The UFC on FOX 5 event adds three more bouts to the card that will take place on December 8th in Seattle, Washington. The event will be headlined by the UFC lightweight title fight between Ben Henderson and Nate Diaz.
In the summer spectacular that is UFC 148 the Ultimate Fighting Championship is offering all of the preliminary bouts for viewing. FX will feature four fights leading up to the six bout pay per view. Facebook will be offering one fight, Rafaello Oliveria vs.Yoislandy Izquierdo.

Brazilian lightweights Rafael Dos Anjos (15-5) and Gleison Tibau (23-7) have verbally agreed to fight at UFC 139 on Nov. 19 at UFC 139 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., the former home of Strikeforce.
