Pro MMA Now Radio returns with Kedzie, Sanders, Frincu and Rinaldi tonight at 9 p.m. ET

The official radio show of ProMMAnow.com returns tonight with an all new slate of guests from across the spectrum. To kick things off ProWMMA Now! host Gina Begley will join the show to talk about Invicta FC 6. After that we will welcome UFC newcomer Julie Kedzie. Kedzie is just over a week out from her UFC debut at UFC on Fox 8. She will take the time out of her packed schedule to chat with us about training camp, the fight, Invicta and whatever else we can squeeze into our allotted time.

Tonight Gina and Emily return post Invicta FC 6 with a loaded show. The ladies will have several big interviews and of course their thoughts on the event that was.  First up on the program will be Dr. Frank Patino. Patino is the author of The Patino Diet : Age of Globesity. Dr. Patino is not only the creator of the Patino Diet, but also the first success story! In the two months after he started with the program, he dropped from 236 to 207 lbs, with his body fat decreasing from over 20% to under 9.3% (according to dexascan).Patino is the official diet and and nutrition consultant for the highly successful squad at Team Alpha Male.

Livia Von Plettenberg returns from Invicta FC 6 victorious but swirled in controversey. Originally set to face Cassie Robb, Livia came in a tad overweight. By tad I mean 8 pounds and almost an entire weight class higher. Robb was relegated to fan and Livia got a fight at 125 pounds. She won but what did her miss on the weight cost her and how did she not know she was coming in over? She answers that tonight.

Cris “Cyborg” is once again a champion. “Cyborg” systematically dismantled Marloes Coenen, punishing Coenen with an unrelenting attack that resulted in a TKO stoppage at 4:02 of the fourth round. The dominating victory earned “Cyborg” the inaugural Invicta FC featherweight championship.

Invicta FC 6 results: Claudia Gadelha finishes Ayaka Hamasaki with strikes, earns title shot

Claudia Gadelha used a stifling top game to control and dominate Ayaka Hamasaki on the ground before finishing her with strikes at 3:58 of the final round. Not only does the TKO victory keep Gadelha undefeated, but more importantly sets her up to face Invicta FC strawweight champion Carla Esparza.

Invicta FC 6 results: Lauren Taylor defeats Sarah D’Alelio by unanimous decision

Lauren Taylor came in undefeated but was pushed to the limit by Sarah D’Alelio. Both fighters engaged in a three round war of attrition that saw Taylor keep her record unblemished with a unanimous decision victory with scores of 30-27, 29-28, and 29-28.

Invicta FC 6 results: Leslie Smith outguns Jennifer Maia, earns unanimous decision victory

If anyone had any concerns that Leslie Smith’s drop to flyweight would affect her cardio and punching output, those concerns can be put to rest. Smith battered Jennifer Maia over three rounds with her high volume attack of strikes en route to a unanimous decision victory.
