Bellator sees a space in the marketplace for the women’s featherweight (145 lbs.) division and has added three new prospects to their roster. The new additions include Brazil’s Roberta “Crusher” Paim (4-0) who has finished all her opponents in the first round, BJJ champion Alexis “Sneaky Zebra” Dufresne (5-2) representing Team Quest, and grappling specialist Iony Razafiarison (2-0) of France.

Don’t forget it was Bellator President Scott Coker who helped introduce fans to the likes of Gina Carano, Cris Cyborg and Ronda Rousey while at the helm of Strikeforce in years past. “We’re proud to be bringing these three talented athletes to our women’s featherweight division,” Coker said. “I see several potential matchups that would make for some great fights. We will continue to build and support the premiere women’s featherweight division in MMA.”

Paim, Dufresne and Razafiarison join Arlene “Angerfist” Blencowe (5-4), Julia “The Jewell” Budd (7-2), Marloes “Rumina” Coenen (22-6), Holly “Lil Bear” Lawson (0-1) and Talita “Treta” Nogueira (6-0) on the Bellator MMA women’s featherweight roster.

Bellator will announce debut dates and opponents for all three ladies in the near future.
