ROAD FC – KOREA 001 Main Event will be Riki Fukuda versus Kim Hee-Seung.  Fukuda (19-7)  is a two year veteran of the UFC and the former DEEP Middleweight Champion.  He is a powerful and ferocious fighter who delivers incredibly action-packed matches.  Kim (6-1) is a rising prospect who is a stable mate of ROAD FC World Lightweight Champion Nam Yui-Chul at the renowned Team Posse.  He is well-rounded, unpredictable and entertaining.  This match exemplifies ROAD FC commitment to producing a new era of international MMA in Asia.

Mostafa “Persian Mos” Abdollahi versus Kwon A-Sol showcases the second introduction of a foreign fighter to ROAD FC.  Abdollahi is a world-famous Muay Thai contender and kick boxer.  He was on the TV series “The Challenger” with teammate Vuyisille Colossa – another ROAD FC fighter – and he has almost 100 fights.  Kwon (16-8) is well-known as one of Korea’s best knock out artists who has already fought top international competition. He recently returned from military service and is eager to put his career back on track with the defeat of a dangerous striker.

Also on the Main Card is Yoon-Jun Lee (4-2) versus Won-Gi Kim (1-3-1).  Lee had an incredible 2013 with back to back wins at bantamweight over two extremely experienced opponents.  Korea’s fast rising prodigy will now challenge himself with a return to featherweight, where he started his MMA career.  Facing him will be Kim, who made the move down to featherweight in 2013.  Kim will possess a size advantage and will hope that can finally put the odds in his favor over a rapidly rising star.

Yong-Jae Lee (7-4) and Doo-Jae Jeong (5-12) are both looking to rebound from a loss that stopped win streaks.  Both are very experienced fighters at home and abroad, and both have begun to find success in their MMA careers.  Lee has five knockouts to his credit, so grappling-savvy Jeong has been training with expert striker Kim Hoon to improve his game for this fight.  It will be an unpredictable and thrilling match between two fighters who have rarely gone to decision.

Uh-Jin Jeon (1-1) versus Sang-Il Ahn (4-4) is the first fight of ROAD FC – KOREA 001.  Jeon is a fresh Team MAX fighter who committed to an MMA career with a huge KO win at the Young Guns undercard at ROAD FC 13.  Ahn is a long time veteran of the sport who put his career on hold to fully rehabilitate and open his own gym, Beautiful Monster.  The stakes are high for both fighters as they transition to the Main Card, so they will be looking to prove themselves worthy of the status by delivering action-packed performance.
