UFC women’s bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey made an appearance on The Jeff Probst Show earlier this week where she discussed her judo and MMA background and demonstrated her signature armbar for the audience. This is just one more example of how the Rowdy one is crossing over into the main stream and introducing the world of MMA to a whole new demographic.
