ProMMAnow.com (www.prommanow.com) resident blogger “Little” Patricia Vidonic (5-3) will return to action on July 14 when she travels into enemy territory to take on Washington native “Slick” Sally Krumdiack (9-5) at CageSport XX at the Emerald Queen Casino in Fife, Wash.

Vidonic announced the bout via Twitter (@LilPatriciaMMA) on Monday:

“It official, Im fighting for @cagesport1 July 14th at @eqcasino Sally Krumdiack and I will meet in the cage! Time to ‪#dowork‬ ‪#wmma‬ ‪#lovemyjob‬”

Vidonic had a breakthrough year as a professional in 2010-2011, winning five straight bouts within a 12 month period, including a second round submission win over Chelsea Colarelli that earned her “fight of the year”.

Vidonic stepped up her competition in 2012, taking on top-ranked American Top Team veteran Jessica Aguilar in February and Felice Herrig in April. Unfortunately for her, Vidonic dropped unanimous decisions in both fights, and will be hungry to get back to her winning ways next month in CageSport.

Krumdiack has not been quite as active as Vidonic as of late, having only fought four times from 2010 to 2012.  Krumdiack is 2-3 in her last five fights, scoring a first round TKO win over Hiroko Kitamura in July 2010 and a second round submission over Sarah Maloy in July 2011.

Krumdiack’s last fight ended in a first round submission loss to Sarah Schneider at Invicta FC in April. Throughout her nearly six years fighting as a professional, the 29-year-old Krumdiack has been in the cage with some of the biggest names in the game including Tara LaRosa and Rosi Sexton.

“Little” Patricia Vidonic’s blog, “The Vidonic Chronicles” is posted each Monday exclusively on ProMMAnow.com.
