UFC President Dana White talks with Forbes Sport Money about ZUFFA’s decision to purchase Strikforce. White explains their plans to run Strikeforce as a separate entity from the UFC, but also reveals the worse case scenario if it doesn’t work out:

“We’re going to run this thing separately and we’ll see how it goes. We’ll see if we can pull it off and make it happen. If it didn’t happen, the worst case scenario that happens if we own Strikeforce is these guys roll over into the UFC.”

White also discusses women’s MMA , the decision to sell a 10% stake in the company to Abu Dhabi’s Flash Entertainment and the UFC’s future business potential.
