Murrieta, CA. – February 22, 2011 – Team Quest is proud to announce the opening of its newest mixed martial arts training facility in California, “Team Quest San Jacinto.” The Team Quest San Jacinto Fitness Center is located in the Inland Empire Region of Southern California and is the most comprehensive training facility of its kind in the area. This premier 3,000 square foot MMA/fitness training facility boasts nearly 1,800 square feet of mat space for grappling and striking, a quarter-cage for mixed martial arts training, hanging bags for conditioning, weight training area, locker rooms and a Team Quest pro-shop.

The Team Quest Fitness Center in San Jacinto offers a variety of mixed martial arts and fitness classes. The center offers daily instruction in Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Submission Wrestling, Fitness, and Cardio-Kick boxing. Team Quest San Jacinto also boasts a very unique Wrestling Club. The club was created for young Team Quest members aspiring to take their wrestling skills to the next level. Team Quest’s Wrestling Club training sessions consist of folk-style, freestyle, and Greco-Roman disciplines.

Team Quest San Jacinto Classes include:

Muay Thai – A form of martial arts that uses all parts of the body, including the elbows and knees, for both training and competitions.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – A submission based grappling style, focusing on leverage and dominant positions on the ground. This program is for men, woman and children of all skill levels.

Submission Wrestling – As with Jiu-Jitsu, the goal of submission wrestling is to gain a dominant position and by using a submission technique to cause the opponent to submit. Training is offered folk-style, freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling.

Fitness/Sports Conditioning –Take your workout to the next level with intense training that includes both cardio and strength training moves.

Cardio Kickboxing – A full body workout that incorporates martial-arts-style kicks and western-boxing-style strikes.

Martial Arts Programs for Children: Age defined programs are offered in Kick Boxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
