“UFC 113: Machida vs. Shogun 2” is looked at in depth. The event which features a rematch between light heavyweight champion Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida and number one contender Mauricio “Shogun” Rua, takes place on May 8, 2010, in Montreal.
Their first fight ended in a highly controversial unanimous decision for Machida. Up until that point, Machida had looked almost unstoppable, but seemed confused by the strategy of Shogun during their fight. Now he will get the chance to try and prove once and for all he is the undisputed champ.
