Heavyweights Roy Nelson and Daniel Cormier are officially set to square off in the co-main event of October’s UFC 166 card in Houston. After a serious of back and forth Twitter exchanges, and much speculation that their paths would inevitably cross on Cormier’s journey closer heavyweight title contention, the fight is officially in the books.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®) announced more than 50 UFC® stars scheduled to appear at the UFC Fan Expo®, presented by FOX Sports 1, on Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July 6 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The largest collection of the sport’s biggest names ever assembled will be featured under one roof in July at the can’t-miss fan event of the year.
According to Marshall Zelaznik, the promotion’s International Head of Business Development, the UFC has reached a broadcasting deal that will see a dedicated Spanish-language channel broadcast in Mexico. Although a launch date has yet to be revealed, the UFC’s major entry into the Mexican market is a move that has been in the works for years.
