Ed Herman
The UFC Fight Night event announced earlier this week has already had three bouts booked for the promotion’s return to Ohio. After seven years, Cincinnati will host another event.

In a heavyweight affair, Soa Palelei will welcome promotional newcomer Ruan Potts. With wins over Nikita Krylov and Pat Barry, Palelei has extended his winning streak to an amazing 10 fights. What is a bit more impressive is that “The Hulk” has won them all via knockout. This fight has that international nexus as the Australian Palelei will meet South African Potts. Potts has won three in a row with all three victories coming by way of submission.

A second Aussie will make his way to Ohio. Ben Wall made his official UFC debut back in December and suffered his first professional loss to Alex Garcia. Sitting at 7-1, Wall will face Justin Salas. Salas is 2-2 during his tenure inside the UFC. He holds  decision wins over  Anton Kuivanen and Aaron Riley.

In the middleweight division Rafael Natal will hope to bounce back after being knocked out at UFC Fight Night 31 back in November as he meets  Ed Herman. Herman has five “of the night” bonuses to his name but has been 1-2 with one no contest in his four bouts.

The event is slated for May 10th at  US Bank Arena in Cincinnati and will air on FOX Sports 1.
