After back-to-back losses for the first time in his career, Alexander Emelianenko (18-5) got back on the winning track today in Kazakhstan with a first round kimura submission win over local fighter Tolegen “Attila” Akylbekov (3-2) at Bushido FC vol. 50.

Before the fight, Alex said:

“For me, it is now important to go into the ring. I am in excellent physical shape and ready for new fights. Therefore, gladly accepted the invitation to participate in this tournament. Hopefully, we’ll show a nice fight with Tolegenov December 21.”
