The push to legalize the sport of Mixed Martial Arts in New York got some BIG help today — exactly 7-feet-1-inch and 325 pounds worth of help from NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. Shaq is a longtime practitioner of martial arts and a big fan of MMA
Now members of the clergy are getting involved to try and prevent the legalization of mixed martial arts in New York. Seriously?
Clergy visited lawmakers Tuesday in Albany to lobby against MMA, calling professional fights public displays of “hate”.
There are currently no plans to burn effigies of Bob Reilly at the stake, but on Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 12 noon a rally will be held for the support of legalized and regulated mixed martial arts in New York State.
