Number one UFC light heavyweight contender and former 205-pound champ “Suga” Rashad Evans (15-1-1) is the scheduled guest for Wednesday’s edition of Afternoon Press Box.
Darren and the boys will talk with Evans about his upcoming title eliminator bout with the undefeated “Mr. Wonderful” Phil Davis (9-0) set for UFC 133 on Aug. 6. And of course, if you talk to or about Rashad Evans these days, the name “Jon Jones” is going to come up.
Hopefully, Evans will fill the listeners in on the latest in the ongoing Jones-Evans UFC soap opera, and it is also likely there will be some talk about a few much publicized text messages that were recently exchanged between Evans and the champ.
