WWE has a rare shroud of secrecy surrounding SummerSlam, specifically the outcome of the main event.
The match is a fatal four-way for the universal championship involving Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe, and Braun Strowman.
Dave Meltzer is reporting that Brock Lesnar knows the current plan because it is in his contract that he is made aware of storylines involving him well in advance. This could mean a few things.
If Brock is leaving to fight in the UFC sometime soon in the dream match with Jon Jones then it would make sense that both the UFC and WWE want this to be kept quiet.
If they indeed decide to have Roman Reigns win this the only chance they would have of it not getting booed out of the building is for it to be a surprise.
This could also simply be WWE cracking down on all of the leaks that exist and have existed over the past few years spoiling just about every significant match in advance.
It will take place on August 20, 2017, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
