The fourth episode of UFC 189 Embedded has been released and features both Conor McGregor and Chad Mendes near pool side. Mendes getting in some training while McGregor enjoys a massage to work out some of the kinks from training. UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler and challenger Rory MacDonald are also featured while getting in some last minute training before heading to Las Vegas.
