Asia’s premiere MMA organization, ONE FC has announced that it will start handing out performance based bonuses. ONE FC’s CEO, Victor Cui, announced that if a fighter has an excellent performance he will be paid an extra $50,000.
He also said that more than one fighter can earn the bonus. “If a few fighters impress me, then I will hand out the bonus to a few fighters,” Cui says. This bonus has been dubbed the “ONE warrior bonus”.
“Extraordinary performances deserve extraordinary rewards. Ordinary performances deserve ordinary rewards,” Cui concludes.
The bonuses will be handed out based on a set of four criteria as explained in the tweets below:
