UFC President Dana White has announced that former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski is back in the UFC via his official Twitter account:

Arlovski (21-10, 1NC) last fought in the UFC in 2008 at UFC 82, defeating Jake O’Brien via TKO in the second round. Arlovski has competed in multiple promotions since leaving the UFC and has gone (8-5, 1NC) record since then. He last fought in his home country of Belarus in November 2013, defeating Andreas Kraniotakes via second round TKO.
Arlovski turned 35 years old in February and clearly his best days are behind him, however, in a thin weight division a fighter with some name value never hurts I suppose.
