UFC President Dana White recaps UFC 120 in London and talks about Michael Bisping‘s defeat of Yoshihiro Akiyama in the main event. White insists Akiyama was still a good acquisition for the company despite losing two of his three bouts thus far inside the Octagon.
White comments on Carlos Condit‘s wicked knockout of Dan Hardy and Mike Pyle‘s domination of John Hathaway, saying that anything is possible at this level. He also voices his disappointment with Cheick Kongo‘s performance, admitting it was not what he expected.
White also talks about a speaking engagement he has this week in Reno with Vice President of the United States Joe Biden.
I just lost some respect for Dana…he should stay away from politics – Republican, Democrat or the Republican co-opted Tea Party = do not mix with MMA/UFC/sports in general.
