Do you really want to get on this man's bad side?

Uh oh…

UFC insider Kevin Iole has the scoop

Zuffa LLC, the parent company of the Ultimate Fighting Championship and World Extreme Cagefighting, has filed suit against Ken Pavia, one of the sport’s most prominent fighter agents, alleging Pavia passed along trade secrets and confidential Zuffa documents to rival mixed martial arts promotion Bellator.

The suit alleges that Bellator used the documents to help run its business.

According to Iole, the suit claims Pavia passed on confidential legal documents such as fighter contracts to Bellator, that they in turn used to help construct their own contracts.

Zuffa somehow procured what they claim are incriminating email exchanges from Pavia and Bellator founder Bjorn Rebney.

Does Zuffa have a legitimate gripe or is this the big dog’s attempt to stymie what they are starting to view as competition? Stay tuned for more on this developing story.
