It’s been a crazy couple of weeks. This weekend I will be in the Cincinnati area competing in the Jean Jaques Machado Tri State Open. It is being hosted by the Reed Academy of Martial Arts. Please be sure to come check it out and say hello on Sunday!

We will be checking out Cincinnati on Saturday, so if anyone wants to meet up and say hello then, hit me up! I am competing in the No Gi advanced division, I’m excited to have some females to compete with.

This is what I have been training for, as well as a fight, however, I have been mainly focusing on my ground game.  I have a few new tricks up my sleeve for this event, so who is ready to see some new stuff from me?  I hope so, because I’m bringing it to Ohio!

I will also be bringing a couple Size Small Training Mask 2.0 to have for sale for $50 while in Ohio this weekend! I will also have some of Damage Control Mouthguards’ Boil and Bites $15 for the kids sizes and $20 for adult size. Various designs, come check them out!

The gym where we have our MMA program is mainly a Crossfit gym, Alternative Athletics, as well as the 4th Ave Dojo.  Anyway, our gym hosted this year’s Pukie’s Bash. It looked like so much fun. I am definitely going to do the next event like this being held in this region!

I guess I will be working more Oly technique.  I have been doing some of the Crossfit WODs and they are fun!  Thanks to all who competed, you did great, and now I know what I’m up against next time!

Last Sunday was a hard day for me, as it is every year. On Oct. 28, 1994, my mom died of breast cancer that spread through her body.  It seems like a long time ago on paper, but this year was harder than the last.  I love my family and am especially thankful for my job, getting a good sweat on always cures what ails me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog, I love sharing with you all, and hope if you ever have any questions for me to please contact me on my website! I greatly appreciate all of your support!

I want to shout out to my gym Alternative Athletics Crossfit and 4th Ave. Dojo, this is truly the best place on earth! I am very grateful to have my amazing husband/coach in my corner; thanks for always having my best interest at mind.  I also want to thank my training partner and friend Ferg for putting in the hours at the gym with me!  Thanks guys!!

I want to say thanks to all of my fans, family, and friends for all of your continued love and support.  Thanks to Jack and Denny with ProMMAnow.com, as well as my sponsors ~ Polanti Watches ~ Training Mask ~ Nutrabio.com ~ Damage Control Mouthguards and also www.dcathletix.com ~ No Pain Just Glory.
