UFC sues Ubisoft over Kinect video game ‘Fighters Uncaged’

Zuffa LLC, the parent company of the UFC, is suing video game developer Ubisoft for using the catchphrase “Become the Ultimate Fighting Weapon” on the packaging for their new Kinect video game “Fighters Uncaged”.
