MMA H.E.A.T. episode 5 is now available on our IBN video player on the ProMMA.info home page. In this episode Sam and Karyn discuss what went down at UFC 106 and WEC 44. They also talk with Round 5 President Damon Lau, and take a look at their new line of action figures, which includes a very cool replica of Clay Guida with his hair in full effect.

WEC fighter Rob McCullough stops by to talk about his recent fight, and Karyn has a very interesting interview with longtime boxing promoter Bob Arum. Arum is one of MMA’s worst critics, and Sam, Rob, and Karyn take a look at his critical comments of MMA one-by-one to see if any of them are valid.

MMA H.E.A.T. episode 2 now available

MMA H.E.A.T.’s second episode is now available for your viewing pleasure in the video player on our front page – it is not hard to find, I know you can do it. Just be sure to turn the sound up.

In episode two, the show opens with a human beat box performance from the artist K-9…which is pretty damn cool. It’s only their second show, but the guys are doing a great job of blending entertainment with MMA.

Sam Strayer and Karyn Bryant discuss a myriad of topics this week and sit down face to face with Jason “Mayhem” Miller to have a very interesting discussion about his willingness to fight anyone anytime, and his upcoming Strikeforce welterweight title fight with Jake Shields.
