ProMMAnow.com (www.prommanow.com) reporter Susan Cingari caught up with UFC welterweight Erick Silva (13-2-1) Wednesday at the UFC on FX 3 open workouts in Sunrise, Fla.
Silva will be facing Charlie Brenneman (15-3) on tonight’s UFC on FX 3 main card airing LIVE on FX starting at 9 p.m. ET.
Silva shared his thoughts on how he feels he matches up with Brenneman and as a BJJ black belt, believes he is going to hold a distinct advantage if the fight goes to the ground. Silva also talked about The Ultimate Fighter Brazil and let us know to keep an eye on Rony Jason (Rony Mariano Bezerra), who is one of Silva’s teammates at Team Nogueira.
In closing, Silva commented on American women vs. Brazilian women and how they compare in beauty, and Susan tries to coax Silva into giving her a private Samba dance lesson.
