* Roman Reigns and Stephanie McMahon open the show. Roman calls out Vince but Steph says he’s not there yet but will be there to referee his main event match with Sheamus. Reigns says this is all he has and warns Steph next time she could be picking Vince up from the hospital, not jail.
* Kevin Owens vs. Neville — Dean Ambrose on guest commentary. Owens finishes Neville with a pop-up powerbomb. Owens attacks Neville after the match and Ambrose comes to his aid and puts Owens through the announce table.
* Vince arrives to lay down the law.
* Titus O’Neil vs. Stardust — Titus finishes Stardust with a Clash of the Titus slam.
* Charlotte (with Ric Flair) vs. Becky Lynch — Charlotte’s dad, Ric Flair, causes a distraction and Charlotte almost gets the pin after rolling Becky up. Becky gets a reversal though and gets the pin herself. Charlotte works her over good after the match.
* Vince explains to Sheamus the rules of his main event match with Roman Reigns. “May the luck of the Irish be with you,” The Chairman tells Sheamus with a sly smile.
* The Big Show vs. Ryback — After the match starts, the lights go out and The Wyatt Family appears when they come back on and they’re surrounding Ryback. They beat him down outside the ring and Braun Strowman chokes him out, leaving him laying on the ground. They then surround Big Show who is still in the ring and beat him down too.
* The Usos vs. Rusev, Alberto Del Rio — Del Rio comes off the ropes feet first on top of Jey for the finish.
* Dolph Ziggler vs. Heath Slater — Slater rolls up Ziggler for the pin after a distraction from Bo Dallas. Slater says after the match, “It looks like I found some friends,” as he buddies up with Adam Rose, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel.
* The New Day does an impersonation of Mike Tyson busting his ass on that hoverboard. Chris Jericho interrupts the performance for Raw is Jericho. He announces his entrance into the Royal Rumble and calls New Day “trap queens”.
* New Day vs. Dudley Boyz, Kalisto — D-Von gets pinned by The Dudleys.
* Roman Reigns vs. Sheamus [Vince McMahon special guest referee] — CAMERAS CAUGHT VINCE DOING THIS BEFORE THE MAIN EVENT. Reigns almost has Sheamus pinned a few times and Vince would never complete the count. Sheamus has had enough and Superman punch KO’s Vince, then spears Sheamus, but there’s no referee there for the pinfall. Roman calls for another official but none coming forward. In the meantime Roman works Sheamus over outside the ring. He then goes back after Vince and this brings out Stephanie. He shoves Vince into her and she topples over the ropes into the ring. Roman starts to go after Vince and Sheamus stops Roman with a Brogue kick. Vince is too dazed to count the pin, so Sheamus calls another in, but Roman hits that ref with a Superman punch, hits Sheaums with a spear and another ref comes in to count the pin. Vince knocks that official out after the match. Vince tells Roman he’ll be defending his title against 29 other men in a Royal Rumble match.
