WWE’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view takes place tonight (Sunday, April 26) from Chicago and features a Steel Cage Heavyweight Championship Match with Randy Orton vs. Seth Rollins in the main event. John Cena puts his U.S. Title on the line against Rusev in a Russian Chain Match in the co-headliner.

* Neville defeats Bad News Barrett with a Red Arrow.
* Chicago Street Fight: Dean Ambrose vs. Luke Harper — Fight ends up going backstage and Harper goes to escape in an SUV but Ambrose hops in the passenger side at the last second and they speed off.
* Dolph Ziggler vs. Sheamus — Ziggler rolls Sheamus up for the pin. Sheamus is now supposed to “kiss his arse”. Ziggler looks ready for it. Sheamus finally gets in the ring. “Pucker up!” chants the crowd. Ziggler lifts the leg of his shorts so the Celtic Warrior can smooch his arse but Sheamus backs out. This happens a few times with Ziggler showing his cheeks in different ways. Sheamus gets on his knees as if about to kiss the buns, but instead racks Ziggler right in the groin and gives him a Brogue Kick for good measure. Sheamus then lifts up his shorts for the ass cheek to show and rubs Ziggler’s face on it making him kiss it. What a sore loser.
* Tag Team Title Match: (Champions) Cesaro, Tyson Kidd vs. (Challengers) New Day’s Kofi Kingston & Big E (with Xavier Woods) — Kofi pins Cesaro to win the tag team title.
* Harper and Ambrose continue their match as they return in the SUV with Ambrose driving. The fight goes through backstage all the way to the ring. They throw about 20 chairs into the ring and Ambrose finishes Harper with a Dirty Deeds.
* U.S. Championship Match / Russian Chain Match: (Champion) John Cena vs. Rusev — Cena defeats Rusev to retain the U.S. Title.
* Divas Title Match: (Champion) Nikki Bella (with Brie) vs. Naomi — Brie stuns Naomi with a head kick from ringside, this sets up a Rack Attack finish from Nikki to retain the title.
* Last Man Standing Match: Big Show vs. Roman Reigns — Big Show choke slams Reigns over the top rope and through two tables outside the ring. Reigns gets up before the 10 count somehow. Reigns ends up turning the announce table over on Big Show, pinning him under it while standing on it and the ref counts Big Show out.
* Bo Dallas gets annihilated by Ryback after he craps on the Chicago crowd.
* Heavyweight Championship (Steel Cage Match/No RKOs): Seth Rollins (Champion) vs. Randy Orton — Kane is the gatekeeper. Orton almost finishes Rollins with a Pedigree but he kicks out at 2.5. Kane intervenes and choke slams both Orton and Rollins. He then rolls Rollins limp body on top of Orton but he kicks out. Orton RKOs Kane, but Rollins RKOs Randy and exits the cage the winner and still WWE Heavyweight Champion.
