UFC women’s bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey has won the “Best Female Athlete Award” at the 2014 ESPY’s. She was up against other remarkable female athletes such as WNBA star Maya Moore, University of Connecticut basketball star Breanna Stewart, and Olympic gold medalist alpine ski racer Mikaela Shiffrin.
Ronda had knee surgery Tuesday and wasn’t able to be at the ESPY’s in person, but you can watch them honor her with the award here:
