Ben “Smooth” Henderson (12-2) prepares for his UFC debut as he is set to face Canadian Mark Bocek (9-3) at UFC 129: St-Pierre vs Shields in Ontario on April 30.
Henderson, who won the WEC lightweight title in 2010, is coming off a decision loss to Anthony “Showtime” Pettis this past December in which he lost his title.
