“I get no respect,” are the famous words of the late comedian Rodney Dangerfield. Wait? Is he dead? Ah, it don’t matter… point is, Mike Whitehead seems just a tad bitter that King Mo seems to be getting all the hype after only five fights.
What gave him the impression Mo is getting all the attention? I mean just because he is on the POSTER for the event…
It must be frustrating when you’ve spent years and years battling in the trenches and then a light heavyweight who has only been fighting a year comes in, takes a fight with you and the odds look like this: King Mo -575 vs. Mike Whitehead +425
That has to be damn aggravating!
Whitehead just doesn’t get what all the fuss is about this “King Mo” character. We’ll see if he feels the same after tonight’s “Strikeforce: Evolution” event.
