rousey_holm_ufc193_thumbUFC’s most famous wager from the last year comes from the world’s most famous sports bettor in Beverly Hills, California. Jon Price is no stranger to headlines. The algorithmic sports bettor who rose to fame making over $1 million on the Floyd Mayweather fight sees six and seven figure paydays from sports betting quite often.

“I have a system that has been perfected through the years and since going public with my picks the world has learned that I really am the greatest living sports gambler alive. In fact I take the gamble out of gambling and turn it into investing.” That’s how Vegas legend Jon Price of Sports Information Traders thinks of it when he wagered $10,000 against the undefeated and greatest female fighter of all time Ronda Rousey.

ProMMA Now has been following the biggest wagers and Price consistently picks big upsets and cashes in big tickets from UFC events and has even gone on national radio and called out predictions publicly for the whole world to hear.  Famous for his call in the Huffington Post in early September predicting that the Denver Broncos would win the Super Bowl and again with his future wager on the Kansas City Royals to win the World Series. Just read about him online from Forbes, Wikipedia, Ante Up Magazine, or follow his calls live on the radio which are also shared on his website and it won’t take you very long to realize you’re dealing with an individual with betting skills that few other in this world have ever possessed.

With the Rousey fight, who was 12-0 going into UFC 193 in Sydney, Australia, she was up against another undefeated fighter in Holly Holm who was 9-0. Rousey being the heavy favorite opened up a great opportunity for Price, seeing value where others don’t. The 16-1 odds in the Bethe Correia UFC 190 fight was generous, but the Holm fight was so hyped up in the media that everybody from amateur bettors to the sportsbooks in Las Vegas, Nevada lost sight.

Price locked and loaded sat quietly in the background watching the fight. When the knock out came he was emotionless. Most people after winning $105,000 would be jumping up and down. For the Sports Information Traders CEO it’s all numb to him. “It’s no longer about the money. I’ve made plenty and do this for the continuous challenge to prove that I am the best sports bettor of all time and to help the clients of Sports Information Traders to earn more money with my betting advice.”

Cantor Gaming still takes my wagers but plenty of books have refused action. It’s part of the challenge that comes with being the best and the books knowing that with a high probability that I will be taking more of their money than I am giving them. Only Billy Walters and Jon Price have this credibility in Las Vegas. No other bettors are feared like Price and Walters are.

The secretive bettor was also rumored to have won a large sum of money betting on Tate months later but tends to shy away from the spotlight after and prefers to concentrate on what he does best and that’s picking winners in Basketball, Baseball, and Football which is his true calling and passion.  The clients who he has made millions of dollars for with his betting predictions know he’s the best and treasure every day they get to work with the legend Jon Price.
