Verbal agreements are in place for a UFC 126 welterweight bout between Mike Pierce (11-3) and newcomer Kenny Robertson (10-0) and a UFC 127 lightweight contest with Curt Warburton (6-2) facing WEC veteran Maciej Jewtuszko (8-0), according to MMAJunkie.com.

Pierce has won three of his last four UFC bouts, with his only setback a decision loss to Jon Fitch. As for Robertson, he’ll make his UFC debut after having to pull out of a scheduled UFC 122 bout against Paul Sass. UFC 126 will take place on Feb. 5 in Las Vegas, with middleweight champion Anderson Silva defending his belt against Vitor Belfort in the main event.

At UFC 127 on Feb. 27 in Sydney, Australia, Warburton will look to get his first win in the Octagon after losing a decision to Spencer Fisher at UFC 120. His opponent, Jewtuszko is coming off of a TKO win over Anthony Njokuani at WEC 50.
