ProWMMA Now! returns tonight with Roxanne Modafferi, WSOF’s Alida Gray and more

The first episode of ProWMMA Now! of 2014 is loaded with great guests and tonight Gina and Emily return for their 49th installment. Roxanne Modafferi will return to the program to discuss her new book that is out, “Memoirs of a Happy Warrior”. Gina and Emily are reading it and they will discuss the first few chapter in a planned series of shows to go over Modafferi’s work.

The challenge has been thrown down by World Series of Fighting. They are willing to put their fighters up against Bellator fighters to see who is the number two promotion on the planet. They want to do it live on pay per view.

Justin Gaethje (10-0) will face a dangerous Lewis Gonzalez (9-0) for the World Series of Fighting’s inaugural lightweight title in the Jan. 18 event titled “World Series of Fighting 8: Gaethje vs. Gonzalez,” which takes place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla.

Jessica Aguilar debut’s at WSOF 8 in strawweight title fight

When Bellator cleared out it’s women’s division World Series of Fighting took that opportunity to sign the number one ranked strawweight Jessica Aguilar. With that out of the way, Aguilar returns to action at WSOF 8 in Florida to face Alida Gray for the strawweight championship.
