And the events don’t stop, and we don’t stop. This weekend UFC 150 will go down in at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colo., and will feature a rematch between UFC lightweight champion Ben Henderson and former champion Frankie Edgar.

These two men are friends who have trained together in the past, but Melvin makes it clear that this will mean nothing when they step into the octagon.

The UFC 150 event will feature a middleweight matchup between TUF 3 alum Ed Herman and former Strikeforce middleweight champion Jake Shields. It will be the first middleweight fight for Shields in over two years and will be his first in the UFC.
Former UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar will be looking to take out the guy that took his title at UFC 144 in current lightweight champion Ben Henderson. The two will headline UFC 150 which is set to take place at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. Also on the card will be former number one welterweight contender Jake Shields as he’ll make his UFC middleweight debut against TUF 3 finalist Ed Herman.
Due to fighter injuries a new bout has been created for UFC 150 as Japanese middleweight Yushin Okami (26-7) now faces Jackson’s MMA fighter Buddy Roberts (12-2). Okami was originally slated to face Rousimar Palhares and Roberts was scheduled to fight Chris Camozzi, but due to injuries both Palhares and Camozzi have been forced to withdraw.
As the Ultimate Fighting Championships continue to add to their UFC 150 card, Ken Stone (11-3) will meet fellow bantamweight contender Erik Perez (11-4) at the Pepsi Center in Denver on August 11.
