Life after TUF: Justin Wren returns to action this weekend – a interview

Justin “The Viking” Wren will step back in the cage this weekend for the first time since making an impressive showing on The Ultimate Fighter season 10, and then losing a three round slug fest against his friend and cast mate Jon Madsen in the Finale. Justin “The Viking” Wren’s “The Ultimate Fighter 10″ blog – episode 10

Episode 10: Showtime Schaub

The episode starts out of course with Matt “The Rat” Mitrione being a head case again. With his facial expressions and his outlandish stories he tried to play mind games with us, or he was trying to come up with an excuse of why he couldn’t fight James McSweeney. My striking coach now at Grudge Training Center in Denver, Colorado was severely offended…

Coach Trevor Wittman has been around Professional boxers for over 10 years, and he is one of the BEST trainers around, period. Matt was milking everything, and the doctors said he didn’t have a concussion, and the doctors said he was clear to fight. If he doesn’t fight, it is because of himself and not because a doctor didn’t clear him.

Justin “The Viking” Wren’s “The Ultimate Fighter 10″ blog – episode 9

At only 22 years of age, Justin Wren has a bright future in MMA and hopefully the UFC.

“The Viking” vs. “Big Country”

At the beginning of the Episode you will see that Rashad gets the team together and tells us there won’t be any coaching done by the coaching staff. The most that we all got was mitts held for us.

Matt was a head case again, saying he had brain damage, brain swelling, and brain bleeding! Our striking Coach Trevor Wittman was not amused, Coach T is my Coach now in Denver, is phenomenal, and has trained some of the best boxers in the World.

A little about me, Justin “The Viking” Wren

First I want to say thank you to PROMMA.INFO for providing me the opportunity to share some insight with you guys!

I am so lucky and fortunate to have been a part of the show! I am extremely excited for the premiere coming up in a week. I have been a fan of the UFC since I was 13-years-old and I can honestly say that this HAS to be the best season yet.

I am very lucky to have been a part of such a big show in the making, and I am looking forward to re-living six weeks of my life with fans, family and friends! This season is packed full of stiff competition; every guy on the show wanted to walk away the winner (unlike past seasons where I feel some just wanted to be on TV).
