The UFC 146 medical suspensions have been handed down by the Nevada State Athletic Commission and a couple of fighters could be out for a while if not officially cleared by a doctor beforehand. ProMMAnow (www.prommanow.com) was informed that Cain Velasquez, Antonio Silva, Jason Miller, C.B. Dollaway, Jamie Varner, and Jacob Volkmann could all be out of action for up to six months.

The “UFC 146: Dos Santos vs. Mir” event will be upon us this Saturday night with an all heavyweight lineup on the main card for the first time in UFC history.
